Where can students get computing help?
1-HELP 1-HELP is your student’s first point of contact for computer, Internet, and campus phone support. 1-HELP can assist students with e-mail, password, hardware, software, ResNet, campus telephone, and Web-based learning course site issues. Help is available by phone seven days a week. Walk-in help is available Mon-Fri. Online help is available 24 hours a day. For more information, see http://1help.umn.edu.
