Install the LIBGCC package. This is available for download free of charge from the www.sunfreeware.com website. Simply navigate to your appropriate platform (for example, SPARC/Solaris 8) and download the libgcc-3.3 package. Note that it is often quicker to download from one of the sunfreeware.com “mirror” sites.
