Well, that depends on what exactly you have in mind, but I’ll try to cover the likely possibilities. First of all, you’ll need a webpage for the card to be on. This can be very simple (containing nothing but the card image) or very complex (with sound and buttons and whistles and bells). In either case, it will help to learn the basics of HTML–the language webpages are written in. (That’s less scary than it sounds; it’s mostly just what you want on the page with some special tags to say how it should be displayed.)
