Where Did The Othere 144 Titanic Survivors Come From?
According to the Encyclopedia Titanica, theree were 712 total survivors of the sinking of Titanic. Encyclopedia Titanica also has lists of passengers that were on each lifeboat. I got 568. I did the same thing two more times and got the same total. I then subtracted 568 from 712 and found that theree are 144 left over. That means that 144 survivors were not in the lifeboats.
