Where do I find SNP data from the second phase of the HapMap Project recently published by the HapMap consortium?

The phase II HapMap genotype data (see the PubMed abstract of the phase II data publication in Nature) is currently available in dbSNP. This genotype data is from HapMap release 21a which contains both phase I and phase II data.
