Where do we send appendix materials and in what format?
All applications submitted in response to this RFA must provide appendix material on CDs only. Include five identical CDs in the same package with the two additional copies of the application that are sent to NIDA at the address below. Do not include the CDs in the package that is sent to the Center for Scientific Review.
