All yard debris, during the yard debris season (April 1 thru December 31), must be placed in the front of your home (not in the alley behind your home). You must separately collect the woody part of yard debris such as bushes and small tree limbs. This debris must be cut into 4-foot lengths (no more than 6 inches in diameter), and tied into arm size bundles. Yard debris includes; grass clippings, leaves, pumpkins and any vegetation. (Grass clippings can be left on newly mowed lawn to enrich the soil.) If you must bag your yard debris, use biodegradable paper bags or clear plastic bags, no BLACK BAGS. Yard debris is collected on Wednesdays each week.
