A. Complaint about violator of pollution control laws can be brought to the notice of the Regional Office of GPCB, Head Office of GPCB at Gandhinagar or to the State Government. There are certain matters in which the authority lies with the District Collector, Municipal Corporation Municipality, local bodies and other authorities in terms of the laws they are implementing. In such cases, the right forum will be those authorities to deal with such matters.
