Where is City Hall?
Villa Park City Hall is located at 17855 Santiago Boulevard, Villa Park, between Katella Avenue and Taft Avenue across from Rockwell’s Cafe in the Villa Park Towne Centre. From the Costa Mesa Freeway (55 Freeway), exit at Katella Avenue and proceed east on Katella Avenue until Wanda Road. Turn left and proceed north on Wanda Road until Santiago Boulevard. City Hall is on the right hand side of the street, in the Shopping Plaza.
Orange City Hall is located at 300 E. Chapman Avenue, between Grand Street and Center Street, two blocks east of the Old Towne Plaza. Public parking lots are found off Grand Street and behind City Hall off Almond Street. From the Garden Grove Freeway (22 Freeway), exit at Glassell Street and drive north to the Old Town Plaza; then turn east on Chapman Avenue. City Hall is on the right hand side of the street, just past Grand Street. From the Costa Mesa Freeway (55 Freeway), exit at Chapman Avenue and head west to Grand Street. City Hall is on the left side. From the Orange Freeway (57 Freeway) and Santa Ana Freeway (5 Freeway), exit at Chapman and drive east approximately 2 miles. Pass through the Orange Plaza traffic circle (staying on Chapman). City Hall is on the right hand side of the street, just past Grand Street.
