No one is really sure where the Maverick Hunter Headquarters is. Different theories have been proposed based on landforms, but Capcom has given us no official word. The best guess of most people is that the main Maverick Hunter base exists somewhere in Japan, but we do know that there are other Maverick Hunter bases. How close or far they are from the main base is open to speculation.
