Where is perl program code located?

There are (at least) three different locations for scripts: /mh/bin – standalone programs (such as get_weather, get_tv_grid); they are called from the main MH process via “run” or a Process_Item; they do not get any environment or variables from the main MH program, and typically return results to MH by writing output files which MH later reads.
