Where is the Best Comfy Hotel Bed in Austin, Texas?
My family and I had a great time at The Hollows this past Thanksgiving. We stayed in one of their cottages and just loved it. The kids went hiking on the trails and we all enjoyed ourselves at the Beach Club. Although it was too cold to swim, the pools looked like fun. Lots of things for the kids to do including crafts and yummy s’mores. There is a restaurant there so we had burgers and salads on Saturday (great fries!). I am sure that we will be back either for spring break or some time this summer!Pros + Friendly staff, lots to do, great foodCons – Weather 🙁
me & my son stayed at the radisson & really enjoyed our stay. The staff was fantastic, friendly & very helpful. The renovation to the lobby is finished & having TGI Friday’s & Starbucks there was wonderful. I did not notice any road noise like other people stated. There is also another advantage to staying there & it is that you can watch the bats fly you have a front seat view, my son thought that was cool. thank you all to all the employees at Radisson, Starbucks & last but not least TGI Fridays. I also would like to say I slept great there, the bed was the most wonderful thing to sleep in.Pros + service, locationCons – parking expensive
We used the Holiday Inn Express in Georgetown for reservations for our wedding party and guests. Their great staff made the process simple and easy, and when we needed to add another reservation at the last minute, they very helpful in walking us through the process quickly. They always returned phone calls and emails promptly, and they were a delight to work with. In addition to the excellent customer service, our wedding party and guests loved the hotel and its beautiful views!
The Stephen F. is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Austin, Tx. Truly close to the greatest places on 6th street. Delicious restaurants are within walking distance…you won’t need your car once you get there. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very sweet and helpful, especially the bellhops. Just wanted to try a new place for a pastry and espresso. The cinnamon roll is actually out of croissant dough– at least it tastes that way. Yummy! And Illy coffee is always a nice treat. If you are going to dish out a few bucks at the chain across the street… Don’t. Just fork out a dollar or two more and get something made in house at the 1886 Bakery!Pros + Nice quiet, reserved, and beautiful interior character
