If the ambience doesn’t do it, potent cocktails will have you chatting up your fellow wayfarer in no time. Must-try concoctions include the creme brulee martini (Stoli Vanil, Cointreau, Frangelico, creme anglaise) and the cheekily named flirtini (Chambourd and lime juice with a raspberry sugar rim).

Monday through Thursday from 5-7pm, Noir offers their food menu at prices ranging from $0-5. It’s amazingly easy to cobble together a meal from all the offerings. Drinks are pricier, mostly running over $10, but are well worth it for the combination of classics and unique seasonal libations. If you price it right, you can get out of Noir with dinner for under $20.The room itself is not particularly comfortable, but if you’re looking for a dark corner to enjoy your drinks in, you’ve found your place. I must admit, Whiskey Park is a really nice spot, and pulls a nice crowd. Its best to go on a weekday or really early on weekends. But be warned, after queuing for an hour, or so, you may still not get in on a Friday/Saturday night…unless you’re VIP. I’d recommend Foundation Lounge on Comm Ave…at least their bouncers are cool, and it pulls a crowd somewhat comparable to Whiskey.
