I love this place. The menu has a little bit of everything for someone who likes Asian food and I’ve never had anything on the menu that I didn’t like. It’s especially nice to sit outside for happy hour and try assorted appetizers. The service has always been great, even once when I had a demanding date who was high-maintenance for the waitress. Some of my favorite menu items are the happy hour potstickers, the Tom Yum soup, the ‘9 flavor chicken’ and the Basil scallops, but all the entrees I have tried are nice. The various satays are also nice, but I wasn’t so crazy about the salmon satay.Pros + Service, ambience, outside dining area, happy hour, selectionCons – none

I had personal doubts when my girlfriend said we were celebrating my birthday at Chinoise. Large groups and sushi outings have never mixed well for me. Surprisingly, this evening was a complete success. My large group of eight ordered huge quantities of food, all of which tasted spectacular and was promptly served. Our waitress was lively and attentive, and chock full of tips and suggestions on our choices; nothing beats a waitstaff whose knowledgeable about the goings-on in the kitchen! By comparison, the Chinoise in Wallingford is equally agreeable, with a roomier decor and a large, comfortable sushi bar.Pros + attentive service, great foodCons – a little pricey

I live on QA. Finding places that deliver anything but pizza has become almost impossible. So, when i stumbled on the fact that Pandasia delivers, I was very happy. I was not looking for a world class experience, but I got my food quickly, it was pretty good, still hot and fresh and three of us ate and had plenty pf leftovers for 30 bucks including a good tip for our driver. I have ordered several times now, and it is always here pretty fast, tastes good and is better than driving out when all I want to do is pop in a movie and chill at the Casa. Thanks to the nice folks there who have always treated us like valued customers. =)

The seafood was good — smoked salmon appetizers plated nicely with fried caper garnish and fried chives (bitter though), black cod melts in your mouth, paella perfectly seasoned and the rice cooked perfectly. Steak was flavorful but chewy and sinewy even when cooked med-rare. Chocolate souffle is less souffle and more a brownie shell with molten center. But for a restaurant that wasn’t even busy and charges $20-over$30 for entrees (sized to be eaten with an appetizer or side dish unless you get the paella), they don’t even serve bread, and service is mediocre. My utensils were taken away and next course brought out, and I had to ask for new utensils and sit and wait a little while. Pros + validated parking, a few good dishesCons – steak, service, price
