Where the heck is the engine air filter on a Honda 2007 CR-V?

The CR-V has a K-series engine. The airbox should be on the driver’s side of the engine bay. See if you can find the air intake tube – it is probably near the front of the bay on the same side, and follow it back. If you want to get at the filter, you will need to remove the top of the box. This will involve disconnecting the tube that goes to the throttle body, and possibly the PCV tube, unless they changed the design since I last looked inside one of these. You can get detailed service information on Honda models at http://www.alldatadiy.com. It’s $12 for a year’s subscription and worth the price if you do any work at all on your car.
