I think you mean the pyramids at Giza. The largest surviving tomb in the ancient world is the Great Pyramid at Giza, which belonged to the pharaoh Khufu (also known as Cheops). (edit: in response to the previous poster, the tombs in the valley of the kings are not considered monuments, as they are not visible at ground level. although the tombs in the valley of the kings are numerous, they were not intended to be monuments and were sealed and hidden from view as soon as burials occured. the pyramids, on the contrary, were meant to serve as lasting monuments to the pharaohs interred there.
