Where will the fiber-optic cable be located?
The cable will buried along 2,000 miles of freeways and state highways, extending to Mn/DOT’s 17 regional offices and the state’s 13 network hubs (MNet). The network features interconnecting northern and southern Minnesota and Twin Cities metro area loops. It is available at all roadside rest areas and travel information centers. The loops terminate in the Twin Cities.
