Where would the world be without Jose Cuervo Tequila?

Okay, this has to be the most famous drink of all. It’s not for the soft hearted social drinkers. You either like it or you don’t. This is the sort of drink for a person who likes to party. All finger foods are good to serve with tequila. You don’t want to have a big huge meal, it’s not the same. What ever you do, don’t drink and drive!! The taste is something that is quite different. It’s not the sort of ‘relaxing’ atmosphere drink. You don’t go out to a dinner and order tequila. This is a drink for party people. There are many ways you can use tequila. Try a ‘Dorado’, which is a tangy drink for anytime of the year. A ‘Ridley’, which is a spicy after dinner drink, or a ‘tequila sour special’ which is a fruity, tangy sour drink for the summer afternoons. Drinking tequila doesn’t mean you have to drink it straight. Look out for bartender books or books on tequila to find out some nice recipes. But remember, it’s about 40%alc per Vol.
