The first BMW ALPINA to be sold officially in the USA and Canada was the 2003 BMW ALPINA ROADSTER V8, based on the BMW Z8. The ROADSTER V8 was imported by BMW of North America and BMW Canada, BMW AG’s subsidiaries, and sold exclusively through authorised BMW dealers. The second model officially imported was the 2007/2008 BMW ALPINA B7, all of which have been sold.
