Any tablet that is compatible with your software will do. Some will tell you that a larger one is better, but I have been satisfied, for many years with my four inch by five inch Wacom Pen Partner. At the time of purchase, it was under $100 dollars. I am told that there are some brands and models even cheaper. It is not the tablet that creates the anime and manga style. It is the artist who uses the tool. The whole point of the tablets is that they are supposed to mimic the traditional tools of illustration, such as pen, pencil, brush, etc.
