which greek philosopher discovered magnetism?
This one is right up my alley! Thales was the Greek philosopher that utilized magnetism in many of his teachings of philosophy. His philosophical ideas embraced the idea of how one object could change into another objects. One example included rubbing lodestone with amber. The static electricity produced a magnetic charge between the two objects. Obviously electricity and magnetism are still utilized in science today! Check out Wikipedia by searching for Thales!
