Which is more beneficial for a young accountant interested in corporate accounting & finance?
I have gotten mixed reviews on whether a CMA is beneficial and valuable compared to a CPA in corporate accounting. I know it depends on many factors, such as the company, the specific role you have within accounting and finance, and what other roles you hope to have in your career, but I would like to hear some more opinions on this topic, from different perspectives if possible (those that are certified, recruiters, etc). This feedback will be helpful to me in deciding which certification I pursue. Thanks!
