Which is more stable on gravel / washboard, 2500 or 3500 SRW?

I am planning on getting a 4×4 Mega Cab in a few months, and have been reading up a lot on the differences between the 2500 and the 3500 SRW (they are more than the springs) The reason I’m thinking of the 3500 SRW is the standard limited slip diff (which few dealers seem to equip the 2500 with), the slightly higher load rating, and the cool factor. Yes, I am a city slicker buying the Cummins truck to get groceries and haul my mountain bike. (And haul house improvement things later on). How do the 2500 and the 3500 SRW handle on washboard and otherwise poorly surfaced roads, is one more prone to skittering / bouncing around than the other? Thank you.
