Which is the best between Weight Watchers and Slimming World? UK?
I prefer Weight Watchers, but I know a lot of people who prefer Slimming World. Working out points with WW can be a right pain, especially if you’re home cooking and not using something from the WW food range (which can be quite pricey). Whereas with Slimming World, it’s a lot easier working out what you can have, although I personally think people lose more weight with WW – in 6 weeks while I was at WW, I lost 10lbs, my friend who was using Slimming World lost 5lbs.
