Which nursing course should I do adult or mental health?

If you think you would enjoy adult health more then I would go for that one.I imagine mental health to be very stressful and hard going.I am not a nurse but I ‘ve worked in a nursing home with patients who have dementia.That in it’s self was very stressful.You need eyes in the back of your head.
