The RAMQ will cover the cost of an apparatus which has been made to provide aid for the physically deformed or deficient patient and the daily activities encompassing his/her life and surroundings. The insured must wear the orthosis to correct a deformity. The RAMQ will only cover the cost of one apparatus for the specific function of a limb and only one per limb segment.
