Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin have obtained full UIC program primacy. Indiana has UIC program primacy for the regulation of Class II injection wells. EPA has direct UIC program implementation responsibility for all classes of injection wells in Michigan, Minnesota, on Indian Lands, and for all but Class II injection wells in Indiana.
