Which teas/herbal teas aid with concentration?
No teas, coffees or drinks aid in concentration. Some, with their caffeine might make you feel more alert but will not help you concentrate. A good night’s sleep with help your concentration the next day. As for herbal teas, it is enjoyable to have something light and warm but that is all it is. If you however, feel that camomile tea or something else helps you, Cannot argue with that. After all, some people are helped with placebos. If I gave you a warm drink right now and promised you that it would help your concentration, you might believe me, drink it and be amazed that it seemed to help. Sometimes, it is all in your mind.
