While digitizing to Final Cut, everything seems to be working properly except I can get any outputs to use for the monitor, or for making dubs to DV/digibeta. Am I doing something wrong?

While digitizing to Final Cut, everything seems to be working properly except I can get any outputs to use for the monitor, or for making dubs to DV/digibeta. Am I doing something wrong?

Things to check: 1) From the FCP menu bar, go to: View->External Video and make sure that it is set to ALL FRAMES. 2) Set up the FCP project with one of the AJA Io easy setups. a. Type for the easy setup menu. b. Make sure that the “show all” checkbox is checked c. Select the AJA easy setup that is approipiate for your project. d. Click on the button. 3) Disconnect all other FireWire devices while the Io is in use. 4) Delete the FCP 4 preferences and POA cache files from /users/username/library/preferences/fcp user data.
