Who are Melvin & Bob and when do they need to be returned?
MELVIN & BOB are the KA class mascots. Melvin & Bob travel in a blue bookbag with a journal and a large plastic Ziploc bag. They will visit everyone in the class throughout the year. When Melvin & Bob visit, please take them on some fun and exciting educational adventures. At the end of each night, take some time to draw a picture and write about what you did together using your kid writing. Moms and Dads can do the grown-up writing underneath your kid writing. You may also include photographs and other memorabelia in Melvin & Bob’s journal. Please take very good care of Melvin & Bob and all of their belongings while they are visiting your home. Everyone must be RESPONSIBLE so that all of the children get to have a turn with Melvin & Bob. Be sure to put everything back in the bookbag when you bring themback to school!
