Start with the Dennis Brain Mozart Horn Concertos, they’re the best ever! For a completely different style, look for Hermann Baumann, Peter Damm (his Strauss Horn Concertos are amazing), and Marie-Luise Neunecker. For some really fast playing check out Eric Ruske’s CDs. Also, there are some amazing horn ensemble recordings with arrangements of movie music like Titanic and Queen Bohemian Rhapsody. Check out the London Horn Sound, Berlin Horn Sound, Take 9, and Vienna.
