At the Centre, the stakeholders include central project management consultant (CPMC), central project management unit (CPMU) and the software development agency (SDA). At the State, it includes the state project management consultant (SPMC), state project management unit (SPMU) and the system integrator (SI). Have we taken into account the international best practices? A preliminary secondary research of International best practices in the area of policing and public security has been conducted and the findings have been incorporated into CCTNS, especially in the areas of defining the implementation of model and functionality. Policing systems in the US, UK, Australia, Singapore and New Zealand have been surveyed for this purpose.
