Who arranges the transport?
The Passenger Transport Unit and SEN Services Team work together to arrange transport for children with special needs. The SEN Services Team assesses whether your child is entitled to transport and will complete the necessary form and forward it to the Passenger Transport Unit in order that the appropriate transport can be arranged. This information will be sent to Passenger Escorts and contractors so that they have all the necessary information to safely transport your child.
