Home owners and private tenantswho receive one or more of the following: • Working Tax Credit* • Child Tax Credit* • Attendance Allowance • Disability Living Allowance • Income Support* • Housing Benefit* • Council Tax Benefit* • War Disablement Pension* • Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit* *conditions apply Or who have a child under 16 years of age or are pregnant*, and are also receiving one or more of the following: • Income Support • Housing Benefit • Council Tax Benefit • Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance • Pension credit *conditions apply
