Who can join CTC?

Private sector, advocacy and community organizations that agree with CTC’s vision and principles are invited to join CTC. Government agencies and individuals are invited to work with CTC but can not become members. Expectations of CTC Members: CTC must speak with one voice on policy issues. CTC members are expected to support the policy positions of the CTC. Members who can not support CTC policies should speak with the CTC coordinators. How is CTC Policy Established? Policy discussions start at the CTC Policy & Advocacy Committee. The Policy & Advocacy Committee welcomes proposals and suggestions from any member in the Coalition. Once vetted through this committee, policies are taken to the CTC Working Group for final review and approval and become CTC’s publicly stated policy positions. CTC Decision Making: Final CTC decisions are made by the Working Group which is comprised of CTC members who devote significant time and resources to the work of the CTC.
