Who can subscribe to Alerts?
Anyone with a TELUS Mobility phone can subscribe to Alerts. You must be in a digital service area and your phone must be turned on to receive information. If you’re not in a digital area or your phone is turned off, your information messages will be stored on the network. In some instances, time-sensitive messages such as stock quotes will expire so that you don’t receive outdated information when you return to a digital area.
