A Statutory Declaration must be witnessed by a person who is entitled under the Statutory Declaration Regulations 1993 to do so. View a full list of people who are certified to witness a Statutory Declaration. Please note: A statutory declaration witnessed overseas must be done so by an Australian. If you are unable to find such person, you may seek the help of the Australian embassy or consulate nearest to you.
