Personally, I don’t believe in a God at all, but if I did, the God I would imagine would have no “wants” at all. What good is being “God” if you are sitting around wanting for things?! What sky daddy would deliver God’s wants? So, even if there *is* a God ~ and who knows, maybe I’ll be in for a huge surprise ~ I don’t think he/she/it *wants*. I think *wanting* is a human characteristic…the feeling that things aren’t quite right and could be made better if we had more or less of something, and that those needs should be delivered my magic. If I absolutely had to imagine a God, not too many people would like the God I would imagine, because he would be totally content to just let everything play out however it’s going to play out. He would be a detached observer, finding amusement in all things, and acceptance for all things. More of a role model than a savior.
