In Missouri, eMINTS professional development programs are delivered by eMINTS staff depending on staff capacity and an adequate number of participants in a particular geographic region of the state. eMINTS professional development programs are available in states outside Missouri only when delivered by PD4ETS participants or certified eMINTS Instructional Specialists employed by external organizations, such as the participants school or district.
