Contact the Sport Club Director or Graduate Administrative Associate immediately! The Department of Recreational Sports takes all injuries very seriously, and they need to be noted, and proper paperwork must be filled out. The Sport Club office would also contact the Safety/Risk Management office for that club to find out exactly how the situation was handled.
