Germany lost more in man power because most their generals were too chicken shit to go against his tactics that lost the war. The Germans unrealistically thought there’d be a chance the allies would halt action where they could put all resources to stop the Russians for they knew that what they did to the Russians they would receive their most horrible nightmare, revenge of drunk Russians soldiers and indeed it was so. What they did to “Ivan” he got back double and the bonus was the rape and murder of German women and innocent little children, 2 million of them.
