Who does the promotions and advertising?
• We will contact your high school, local newspapers and other alumni web sites to inform your classmates about the reunion plans. DECORATIONS: What decorations will you use? • We will make sure that the banquet facility is decorated with your school colors, by using balloons, centerpieces and tablecloths with colored linen. If you have your school banner, we will use that as well. ENTERTAINMENT: Will you provide the entertainment? • Yes, we will provide you with a local disc jockey that will play songs from your high school time and a network of other entertainment professionals at an additional cost. PHOTOGRAPHY: Will there be someone there to take pictures? • Yes, we will provide a professional photographer to take alumni photos upon arrival and individual photos, made available to each alumnus at an additional charge. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS: How can we reserve a hotel room? • For those alumni traveling or anyone wishing to stay at the hotel, we will provide hotel accommodations at a d
