who enforces the US Constitution?
Even Bill Clinton said he recognized the need for torture under very limited circumstances – a terrorist is captured, we are certain that terrorists are about to launch an attack on a major american city, and we are sure the captured terrorist knows where and when the attack will take place. Torture, as defined by weenies from the ACLU and lib dems, includes loud music, dogs near a muslim prisoner, a woman touching a terrorist prisoner, touching the koran with one’s left hand (which is reserved for wiping one’s butt) and other nonsense. We are in a fight for our very existence. The islamofascists hate us for being free, for women not wearing burkas, for dancing, for eating pork products, for not submitting to Islam. And I agree with Justice Jackson, who said that th constitution is not a suicide pact.
