Who fills out The Buyers Fund, Inc. grant application?
Cornerstone Mortgage Company completes the application and submits it to The Buyers Fund, Inc. for approval. Once approved, a gift letter confirming approval of the funds is sent from The Buyers Fund, Inc. to Cornerstone Mortgage Company. Home builders, home buyers, or sellers who are interested in participating in this program should work closely with our loan officers to take full advantage of this program.
