Who is a Contact Person?
A Contact Person is the person who would play a vital role in establishing communications between the student and the school during the application process and entrance procedures. Also, he/she is responsible for providing a conducive studying environment, assist in health management, and act as an advisor to the student on further studies and daily life. As a rule, each foreign student should be attached to a Contact Person who has a close relationship with the student and lives within the city or suburbs. For students who do not have a Contact Person, please contact the school’s admission department at the following number. We contact a Contact Person only to schedule the smoke alarm installation. A Contact Person can be a friend, family member, or anyone who has frequent contact with you. If you are not home sometimes between 8:00am and 5:00pm, you should fill in information for Contact Person.
