Who is/are the legal parents of a surrogate child when it is born?
Recent, positive changes in the South Africa Surrogacy laws now accept that the genetic parents and not the surrogate mother, are the legal parents of the child/ children born. This eliminates the need for parents to launch adoption proceedings once the child is born. Do you work with international clients? Yes we do. How much contact can we have with our chosen surrogate mother? When you complete your profile you tell us how much contact you want to have before, during and after the pregnancy.
