Who is developing and implementing the Framework?
It has been commissioned by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) and the Department for Children Schools and Families (DCSF). Other key partners include the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills (Ofsted), the Learning and Skills Improvement Agency (LSIS), the Local Government Association (LGA) and the Association of Directors of Children’s Services (ADCS).
