Who is eligible to live at the Army Residence Community?
Retired career military officers and their spouses. The term “officer” includes Regular, Reserve and National Guard commissioned and warrant officers. The term “career” means either a minimum of 20 years military service (active or reserve component) of which at least 10 years must have been as a commissioned or warrant officer, or retirement for a physical disability suffered while on active duty as a commissioned or warrant officer. Each “career” officer must be listed on the official Military Retired Roles.
