Who is entitled to concessionary tickets?
We offer concessionary tickets on selected productions and performances for Senior Citizens, JSA holders, students, LiveDarlington holders and group bookings. We charge £1.75 for bookings over £5, made over the phone or in person and £1.75 booking fee on all online bookings. • Can I buy tickets for Darlington Arts Centre at other venues? Yes. We have several tickets agents in local libraries, tourist information centres and other venues. For a full list please visit the how to book page. • If I need to cancel my tickets can I get a refund? Once purchased, theatre tickets cannot be exchanged nor money refunded. • Is Darlington Arts Centre accessible? The Arts Centre main entrance is ramped and there is level access to the Theatre, East Hall and other ground floor rooms. There is a lift for access to the Garden bar.
