They all challenge you to push yourself a bit further than you thought you could go. She has numerous DVDs out there for exercisers and for trainers including step, ramp, cardio, and more. The Workout This workout is about 50 minutes long with a 10 minute warm up, a 35 minute high energy ramping workout, and a five minute cool down. It’s longer than her other ramping workouts and pretty tough. Still, if you get through it, you’ll feel triumphant after you catch your breath. The workout is in a simple wood floored set with no frills. Gin works in front with four women and one man behind her. They’re dressed simply in workout gear, all blue and black combinations.
